What Data-driven decision making for art business using artificial intelligence

Art business is expanding and so does the volume of transactions. The trend is expected to continue as more avenues of deal-making are being introduced almost everyday both offline and on internet. More opportunities may also cause more confusion so Artmarq can help users navigate this complex art market otherwise dubbed as ‘exclusive’, ’opaque’ and ‘intimidating’.

What Helping museums to engage their visitors, members and donors by offering a suite of tools specific to the needs of museums cultural institutions: publish mobile apps, access visitor analytics, and generate new revenue opportunities

Why Major priorities of institutions (access, visitor experience, engagement and satisfaction), were being hindered by clunky, obsolete technology. Cuseum was founded to solve this and provide intuitive, adaptive and cost-effective tools

For whom Institutions, museums and public attractions

2020 #arttech statement The COVID-19 crisis jeopardized the livelihoods of cultural professionals and artists, and spurred a widespread reckoning in the cultural sector. In the face of these challenges, the cultural field has embraced innovation, digital transformation, and the new possibilities for accessing and viewing art. 2020 has catalyzed new modes of thinking around the relationship between art and technology to make art accessible digitally and remotely, and we are excited to be in the vanguard of this arttech transformation

Issues addressed The traditional museum experience, from clunky audio guides to outdated membership and loyalty programs, has the potential to be more efficient and user-friendly. Cuseum’s mobile engagement solution offers an immersive and accessible alternative to the old-fashioned audio guide, providing museum visitors with personalized tours and multimedia experiences from their own device. Similarly, membership operations at most museums have traditionally been highly manual and tedious - membership fulfillment is costly and time-consuming, yet non-engaging for the members. Cuseum’s digital membership solution works to streamline the membership process, drive value for members, increase membership renewals, and serve as a convenient outreach channel. Our goal is to help museums and cultural organizations succeed in the digital age

Team Brendan Ciecko is an entrepreneur, designer and typographer. Ciecko has been building technology since the age of 11 and has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as being one of America’s top entrepreneurs under 30. Ciecko has been featured in The New York Times, WIRED, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Esquire, and PC Magazine for his work in design, technology, and business. In addition, Ciecko currently sits on the Steering Committee of the Museum Council at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and the Community Advisory Board for the Massachusetts International Festival of the Arts. Ciecko got into arttech by merging his extensive experience as technologist and designer, with his passion for art and culture

Arts in 10 years The future of the arts sector will be more digital, more accessible, and more distributed. It has only been two decades since the birth of Google, and we’re not even close to understanding the full power of the internet. Moreover, we haven’t even scratched the surface of where the physical and digital world intersect. It’s only a matter of time before we arrive at distributed, virtual experiences that transcend the four walls. Into the future, we will see AI-curated exhibitions and AI-guided experiences that adapt to the personal tastes and preferences of the viewer. There is untapped potential for public and private collections to fully enter the digital realm, not merely with static images, but with brilliantly interactive, virtual worlds that provide access to the broadest public
